The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Northern Ireland Branch is now inviting established outdoor catering providers to tender for catering concessions at our 2026 local pipe band competitions, taking place across Northern Ireland from June to August.
With events attracting between 4,000 and 6,000 attendees, this is a fantastic opportunity for experienced vendors to showcase high‑quality food offerings to thousands of bands people, families and spectators. The Branch welcomes a diverse mix of units — from traditional hot food favourites to speciality coffee, sweet treats, and healthier options.
Full details of terms and submission requirements can be found in the Invitation to Tender document below and interested providers are asked to complete the official Tender Submission Form and return it, along with the required supporting documents, by e-mail to contests@rspbani.org by 12:00pm on Friday 8 May 2026.
