This indoor contest is organised and run by County Antrim Section under RSPBA rules and rotates annually between both County Antrim and County Down Sections. All enquiries should be sent directly to countyantrimsection@gmail.com.

Grade 4B: 4 x 2 parted Marches or 2 1/2  – 4 1/2 minutes March Selection
Grade 4A: MSR
Grades 3, 2 & 1: Medley

Contest Rules
This contest is open to all RSPBA registered bands.
This is for full bands – Normal RSPBA minimum player rules apply (RSPBA Rule 4.43) – not less than 6 pipers, 2 snare & bass drum


Registering

  • Closing date for registering for this contest is 07 April 2025
  • Submit entries to: Valerie Hume, Secretary, County Antrim Section by Email countyantrimsection@gmail.com with Band Name & Grade.
  • Entry Fee: £10 payable via PayPal to ballyboleypb@gmail.com c/o Catherine Weatherup.
    Please include the name of your Band and select ‘friends and family’ 


Spectator Entry
Entry at the door for spectators is £3 – this will be donated to charity.


Catering Arrangements

Hot food and beverages will be available on site from 9:30am


Carparking Arrangements

There is ample car parking available at the school – please park considerately. See map below.


Venue Regulations

  • Use only designated car parking areas (see map below)
  • Food/drink MUST be consumed in canteen only. Not in corridors or classrooms.
  • Competitors/spectators to remain in areas allocated for competition. All other areas of the school are out of bounds.
  • NO smoking on school grounds. Smoking area is outside school entrance gates.
  • Please leave your practice area clean and tidy.
