In preparation for our 2025 outdoor season, the Branch is currently looking for 3x Band Stewards and 2x Drum Major Stewards to join the team.

All Contest Stewards are a part of our Contest Support Team. They are a small group of dedicated and flexible volunteers who provide support to bands, drum majors, adjudicators, the Branch Management Team, our event partners and the general public. The Branch cannot effectively manage and operate our Championship Events without their vital voluntary contribution.
We request that Drum Major Stewards are available for all local contests if possible.
All positions are voluntary and do not have a set fee paid. Breakfast/Lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge. An official parking space will be provided if/when applicable at each venue.
