The 72nd RSPBA NI Branch Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 26 November 2022 in Cookstown Methodist Church Hall, 28 Loy Street, Cookstown BT80 8PE, (Hall and parking are behind the Church)

Nominations for election of Officers and notices of motion for the AGM must be received from band secretaries by the Branch Secretary three weeks prior to the meeting (Saturday 5th November at 11am)

Note: All positions will become vacant at the AGM, except for the 4 Section Reps (Mid Ulster, Co Fermanagh, Co Antrim and Co Down) who have already been appointed in post through their own Section.
Each band may send two of their own registered band representatives who shall be entitled to speak on behalf of their band if their band complies i.e. a paid-up member at date of RSPBANI AGM meeting
The voting power of any band is one band, one vote.
Please note that band secretaries should email the RSPBANI Secretary (secretary@rspbani.org) in advance of the meeting to indicate the name of their band’s registered person who will be permitted to vote on behalf of their band.
