Against all the odds The Mid Ulster Section were able to produce their event at the Mid Ulster Sports Arenas in Cookstown. All Credit to them and the bands who came to support this event. The weather played havoc with the entire day and the prize giving was held in the indoor arena. Each Drum Major and Band were presented with momentos of this the 60th Anniversary of this Championship. The Chieftain was Lowry Ferguson and his good lady Roberta presented the awards. Emily Crooks presenterd the flowers to Mrs Ferguson.
