It was a real pleasure to attend with Ian (our Project Manager) the recent event at Stormont where Major Sinclair Memorial were recognised for the contribution that they make to Piping and Drumming in the Ballyclare area. They also took the opportunity to showcase some of the music they will be performing when they attend the Festival Interceltique de Lorient on 1 – 10 August 2014 and I have no doubt that they will represent Northern Ireland and our Branch admirably.
It was obvious that the band have a great backroom team to complement and support the band and are investing enormously in youth development. On behalf of RSPBANI well done to all and we look forward to seeing you at our Contests prior to your travels!
