The RSPBA NI School has enlisted PM Richard Parkes, PM Frank Andrews and DS Keith Orr to launch the first in a series of Pipe Band Workshops : Tonal Balance Workshop 1 – “Setting the Foundation for Tonal Balance”
Grade 4 Bands are invited to send two representatives to the Tonal Balance Workshop which will take place on Tuesday 22nd November, 8pm to 10pm, in Garvagh P.B. Hall, opposite the High School, Main Street, Garvagh.
The School is also planning Workshop 2 for the Tyrone / Fermanagh Region and will announce details of this shortly.
