Drum Major David Brownlee from Enniskillen is currently putting his mace away for a well-earned break and swapping it for dancing shoes!

David may be able to swing a mace but he can also move on the dance floor, tango and jiving!

David will be dancing with Katie Crudden, a local accountant and they are having a not so ‘strictly’ dancing event in the Killyhevlin Hotel on 7th and 21st November 2013 which is all in the aid of charity, the Westville Family Resource Centre.

David would be grateful to the pipe band world to help him in this charity event and there is a link below to make donations if desired. Any would be sponsors can contact David on 07968450967.

About Westville

Westville Family Resource Centre (Fermanagh) – Promotes positive family values through a range of home and group based services focusing on child development and parenting

W.F.R.C recognises that family life is central to a child’s development; our motto is to promote positive family values through the various programmes we deliver. We are affiliated to the Lifestart Foundation to deliver the Lifestart programme and agree with their principles that childhood is an important phase of life, that the home is the primary learning environment and that parents are the primary educators and are worthy of resources to support and assist them in their role as the educators of the future generation. Home Visits inform, network and reduce isolation and loneliness for parents as well as providing a link into the social community network.
