Major Sinclair Memorial Outreach Programme

Major Sinclair Memorial Pipe Band’s outreach programme with the 16th Newtownabbey Boy’s Brigade, saw us helping the boys to Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of The St. George’s Memorial Garden at Police Headquarters recently. 16th Boy’s Brigade, Newtownabbey maintain the gardens as part of their Queen’s Badge work.
