The form to register a Dual Registered Leading Drummer can be found in the Documents section here. This must be completed and returned at least 14 days prior to the first competition that the Dual Registered Leading Drummer intends to play in.

Bands are reminded of the following rules:

  1. The main player registration held with R.S.P.B.A. Headquarters MUST be with the higher grade band.
  2. The dual registration is only valid for competitions run under Northern Ireland Branch rules.
  3. The dual registration must be with a Grade 4A or Grade 4B band only.
  4. The dual registered Leading Drummer is in addition to the minimum of 2 snare drummers required in grade 4. i.e. when a dual registered Leading Drummer is playing there should be a minimum total of 3 snare drummers.

Please note the following:
The dual registered Leading Drummer is NOT permitted to play with the Grade 4 band at the five R.S.P.B.A. Major Championships.
